White Rock Pier

White Rock Pier

Did you know that White Rock Pier is the longest in Canada? 470 metres long.  Originally built in 1914, it was a dock for steamships that arrived when the Great Nothern Railway began operation. 

After a severe wind storm extensively damaged the Pier in December 2018, It was restored.  The estimated  rebuild of the Pier was $16.2 million.  It was reopened in 2019.
